3 simple ways to make real money EARLY as a new Medium writer
Making real money as a new writer on Medium can definitely be a challenge, but it’s important not to get discouraged.
In fact, I think your first three months or so should be dedicated to things like studying and learning the platform and then discovering and developing your niche.
Until you take the time to do this, you’ll have limited success.
And that’s OK!
Too many people these days are sold on the idea that making money online — including on Medium, YouTube, and other platforms — is EASY and FAST and that you’ll be a millionaire right away.
It’s total nonsense.
The good news, however, is that people who are dedicated to their craft and genuinely interested in getting better every day can make thousands of dollars a month.
I know because I’ve done it. (See the bottom of this post for a current earnings update).
Recently, I was asked for advice on what NEW Medium writers should focus on, and I really think there are 3 main things you can do to give yourself a leg up.
