1. You’re Thinking Too Much

I really believe the fastest way to manifest anything is to actually let it out of your mind from time to time.

It's to do what needs to be done and then let go of control. When you try to control the manifestation process, you manipulate the manifestation.

No one likes being manipulated.

There has to be trust. When you trust that you are in alignment and deserve the thing you want to manifest, it's attractive. The thing you want comes effortlessly, and all you had to do was just chill.

It's hard to just chill, so we try to be smart. We manipulate. We manic manifest.

It’s when you’re too anxious and can’t even sit still to listen to the voice of the universe inspiring you to act.

Manic manifesting makes you act needy and frantic. You’re tired all the time. It gives you the feeling that you don’t know how you can hold on and wait for your desires to manifest.

You start to think.

Fear sees it as a great opportunity. It tells you, “What if you never get the thing you want the most” and the mind wanders off and arrives at the thought that you suck at it.

We find it hard to just wait for the things we want, so we try to do something to speed it up. We do things that are uncalled for and unnecessary.

It's when you text that person you’re crazy about again, knowing you must quit doing that and remember you’re the prize and they’ll be lucky to have you!

It's when you’re trying to make things happen on your time. It never does. Not those things that are outside of your control.

When you manipulate manifestations, it creates resistance and no matter what you do, the things you want will not manifest because you're desperate for it.

Desperation is a turnoff. Want something too much and you push it away!

When you trust that you are in alignment and deserve the thing you want to manifest, it’s attractive and so you attract it. It comes effortlessly, and all you had to do was just chill.

2. You’re Trying Too Hard

You probably manifested things more easily before you actually learned all about the law of attraction.

When you didn't know about the law of attraction, you could allow yourself to just be without consciously trying to manifest something.

When you’re trying too hard to manifest something, it creates an imbalance within you. When something outside of you is working out, you’re on a high and when the thing outside of you and therefore outside of your control is not working out, it drops you back down and hard.

It sends you in, and it pushes you out and that's no way to live. It's exhausting when you feel one way today and a different, less favouring way the other.

Consistency helps everything. When you’re consistent with something, it becomes a way of life and you can just be.

The law of attraction isn’t a means to attract things; it’s the things you attract because you’re in alignment with it.

It’s a state of being and not something you must do.

You don’t have to do anything to attract what you want. The most important thing is to be in the right frequency. The right frequency is the frequency of the thing you wish to manifest. If it’s love you want to attract, you feel like love. If it’s money, you feel abundant when you drink ordinary water because some people don’t have pure water.

When you're in the right frequency, you are in tune with the universe so you can take all the inspired actions that lead you to your manifestation.

When you're manic manifesting, your energy is all over the place. You can't pick up on the right frequency and so the things you want aren’t in alignment to reach.

You probably manifested things more easily before you actually learned all about the law of attraction. When you didn't know, you could just be yourself without trying too hard.

3. You’re Doing Too Much

Just being is how you attract stuff. Doing too much makes you exhausted and frustrated.

When you do too much, it pushes the manifestation away. It pushes people away too. Do too much and you become… too much.

Be yourself and you attract the desires of your heart.

Manifestations don’t involve working hard for anything because you’re expecting something. You manifest in the state of least effort. You manifest when you’re in the right frequency and not when you’re attached and acting needy.

You manifest when you take the inspired actions and do not miss a thing. You must be still to feel the inspiration.

You manifest easier and faster when you know how to just relax, and that's the hardest thing when you want something and you want it now.

You manifest when you’re not always thinking about it and wondering when it will happen. You manifest when you’re not trying too hard and acting all desperate.

The things you want flow to you easily when you just let them flow.

You manifest when you're not bothered and can have a great time before you've even seen your manifestation.
