The true self, self-love, and inner peace
3 Signs You’re Growing Spiritually
Even if it feels like the universe has stopped supporting you

1. You Embody Your True Self
Although chaotic and crazy, a spiritual awakening is the best thing that can happen to you. It humbles you, trains you, and then opens your eyes to things you couldn’t see before.
When you’re up in the middle of the night searching for meaning and digging for truths and answers, you know you’re on the right path. It feels right that you want to know more.
You know it in your heart that you’re protected, and this period marks the beginning of an awesome new life where you embody your true self.
Soul or the higher self leads the way and ego watches the back. You feel safe and supported without a single ounce of fear.
When you embody your true self, you’re growing spiritually. You’re expanding to meet, merge and align with the flow of the universe.
You see clearly what a truly meaningful and peaceful life looks like. It shows you that money, fame, or power don’t even bring happiness.
You find that the thing that brings happiness is peace and joy, and you can never find it outside of you. You learn that chasing after them makes you weary and burdened. It drains the life force out of the soul.
You embody your true self when you start to tune in more. When you start going inwards to find peace and joy, you see everything you needed was within you all along.
You listen to yourself when you embody your true self. It no longer matters to you what others think about you. Physical appearance stops mattering so much. It becomes more about the heart and soul.
You care what YOU think and have to say about yourself because it’s the one that truly matters. You realize you’re more than how you appear to be.
For the money, fame, and power? You align yourself and attract it as a bonus because you’re in alignment with the universe.
When you embody your true self, you’re growing spiritually. You’re expanding to meet the sky. You’re expanding to merge and align with the flow of the universe.
2. You Notice and Check Yourself
And you do it from a place of love. You check yourself as an act of self-love. When you speak too fast and say the unwise thing, you check yourself. When you yell at your sweet daughter, who is only being a child, you check yourself.
When you go back to people and places that don’t serve you and drain your energy, you check yourself.
When you do something great, you put a big checkmark on yourself because you can see how you’re growing every day.
You question and check everything and you don’t leave yourself out because you love yourself and want to improve yourself.
You capture rebellious thoughts and tell them you’re master and you hold the hands of low vibe emotions and walk with them until you’re ready to let them flow.
You don’t live your life on auto-pilot anymore.
You wake up and you’re aware of life and yourself. You pay attention to what’s going on inside and around you.
You become aware of your habits and patterns and you work to make them better. You make a plan to let go of habits that aren’t serving you and you adopt better ones that will help you get to where you need to go.
You stay awake and aware, and you connect to your true and highest self.
You question and check everything and you don’t leave yourself out because you love yourself and want to improve yourself.
3. You Have Inner Peace No Matter What
Sometimes there’s no peace on the outside and it’s just crazy, but when you’re lucky enough to find yourself by yourself, you find an inner peace that’s there just for you.
That’s when you know you’re truly growing spiritually.
Even when the world seems to be in chaos, you have peace of mind, you’re rest assured that everything is happening just as the universe intended for it to happen. Just as your soul had in mind before taking a physical body.
Because you’re growing spiritually and can experience moments of peace, you can accept that the outside is lacking peace, but you still have peace in your heart.
When life is good, God is good, and when life sucks, you still know there’s a much bigger purpose.
When the skies seem to be falling, you don’t fall into despair. You accept that the sky is falling and you hold on tight to the universe who never lets go of your hand.
When life is too hard and you feel you’ve had enough, you don’t curse destiny and get angry at fate. You accept it as part of what your mind needs to expand and your soul to evolve.
You know that with every misfortune, there are hidden blessings.
When you’re growing spiritually, you gain the skill to find the positives in the negatives and the knowledge to embrace adversity.
It becomes clear to you that there are no accidents or coincidences and everything is happening as it’s meant to. Everything is a learning lesson and there’s always a bigger reason and purpose behind everything.
You can enjoy life when it’s good because you’ve weathered the storms.
When the skies seem to be falling, you don’t fall into despair. You accept that the sky is falling and you hold on tight to the universe who never lets go of your hand.
Bonus — You Have Increased Compassion
When you embody your true self, start checking and improving yourself and peace becomes your default vibration, you can’t help but be compassionate towards everything.
Love, kindness, and compassion come naturally. It becomes a part of you because it’s the vibration of your true self.
You start to perceive things differently as you grow spiritually. You see things differently.
Where you’d be angry, you’re kind. Where you’d be sad, you’re gracious. Where you’d feel abandoned, you reassure yourself that you’re loved and the universe never lets go of your hand.
You see people in a new light. You see them also as souls on a very important life journey. You see that people are doing the best they can with what they have and you remove all judgment from your heart knowing it's not your place.
You see that people are also loved and supported by the universe and so you love and support because you’re a part of the universe. You’ve merged and are now one, aligned, and connected.
Compassion becomes the right thing to do and kindness the right way to live.
And for love? You become it.
