1. You’re Aware of the Patterns and Cycles

As long as you have breath running in your nostrils, there will always be something to improve. Self-improvement never stops, and it’s not linear. One day, you could be sure you're on the right path and have doubts the next day.

We spend our lives and expend our energy doing the work that we don’t see how well we've done. We don't see the things we’ve achieved, and those we’ve received.

But after years and years of doing the work, when something happens and you immediately become aware of where you went wrong and what you could have done or said differently, that is the greatest sign that you’re doing so much better. When you become aware of things and see how they no longer serve you, it’s a sign that you’re doing a great job on yourself.

When you notice you’re aware of the patterns in your life or relationships or even in your family when it comes to breaking ancestral cycles, it’s a huge sign that you’re doing well.

When you notice that you’re becoming aware of the patterns in your life, relationships, and even in your family, it’s a sign that you’re doing better than you think.

2. You Care Deeply But You Could Care Less

Gone were the days when you worried yourself to death. When what people thought or said would eat you up from the inside for days.

Before a person is truly healed, when they don’t know who they are and why they’re even here, they live to please others. They live to be liked by others.

The moment you start working on yourself, you see that you truly care about things, but you could care about the irrelevant ones. You care less what people think. You care less what they are saying. You care less what they do. Instead, you care deeply about the important things like your spirituality, your mindset and your emotional health. You care deeply about your friends and family. You care about the planet and humanity but you could care less about the unimportant things.

You know you’re doing so much better when you care less about the way your journey looks to others and more about how it feels to you. You stop caring so much about the world and you care deeply about yourself.

You truly love yourself.

The moment you love and accept yourself and where you currently are, you no longer need the approval of others. You can validate and approve of yourself. You live to please God and your higher self.

You have no need to compare your life with others or to compete. You run your own race and you go at your own pace. You know who you are and the work you’re here to do and you understand your journey is unique to you so you focus on yourself. You only give energy to the things that matter and you’re one.

You are the most important.

You know you’re doing so much better in life when you care less about the way your journey looks to others and more about how it feels to you.

3. You’ve Forgiven Those Who Hurt You

As long as your heart beats a beat within your chest, you will make mistakes. You’re a human being. And so will others. They're also human beings.

This is why you no longer let the sun go down on your anger. You do not go to sleep angry. You forgive yourself and others, and you have a good night’s sleep. You don’t beat yourself up at night anymore over your mistakes and that of others. You let things go easily.

When you or someone makes a mistake, you may be upset about it for a minute, but you don’t turn against yourself or hold on to resentment. You give yourself and others grace and compassion.

You love yourself so it’s easy to forgive yourself. Because of that, you’re able to bounce back faster and get back on your feet quicker, whereas in the past, you would be down on yourself for days when you made a mistake.

You’re so kind and gentle with yourself because you and yourself are on the same team. You work together. You don’t turn against yourself no matter what. You’re able to have mercy and compassion because you know you are doing your very best and mistakes are how you learn. You make mistakes, take the lessons out of it, pick your self up, and move on with nothing but love for yourself. And you extend the same kindness, mercy, and compassion to others as well, and you're so much better for it.

If you’re aware of the patterns and cycles and you work on them; if you care deeply but you could care less about the irrelevant things and if you can forgive and let it all go, this is your confirmation to rest easy tonight for you are doing the work you came here to do.
