Try these things to get rid of your fat cheeks
A face with strong contours, including a prominent jawline is considered very attractive.

Chewing gum strengthens your chewing muscles and tightens your cheeks, which makes your jawline more prominent. I recommend putting several pieces of gum in your mouth at once so you have a decent resistance to work against.
It’s supposed to be a workout for your chewing muscles, after all.
But in the beginning, you should not overdo it! I can say from personal experience that muscle soreness at this place is very unpleasant.
Specific Jaw Exercises
There are numerous exercises to train your Jawline. These may look extremely stupid, but they actually help. To describe all the exercises here would go beyond the scope of this article. If you do some research, you will certainly find what you are looking for.
But I do have a tip: if you are serious and want quick results, you can integrate this tool into your training routine.

Mewing
Mewing is a method named after Dr. Mike Mew, who made it famous. It aims to improve the structure of the face and jawline through the unconscious tongue position. And it works like this:
Your tongue should be kept completely on the palate with the goal of eventually maintaining this position automatically and unconsciously.
This improves not only the jawline but also the way you swallow and your overall posture.
If you get used to this tongue position, which is actually also the optimal position, in the long term, you can positively change your bone structure. It’s best to do your own research on mewing to see for yourself.
