The ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has intervened in the proper human functioning at the physical, mental, emotional, and social levels. The question is, how to maintain a healthy balance to deal with the current situation. Here, I am mentioning some of the ways to de-stress and stay well.

If you are not a book worm or have never touched a book before, you can give it a try now and discover a new book. If public libraries are not physically open in your area, you can go for electronic books that most libraries have as an option. You can also hear audiobooks.
#2. Watch the National Geographic channel or a Show
An excellent way to stay well is to watch the National Geographic channel as it features documentaries with facts of nature, science, culture, and history. Expanding your knowledge base is an effective way to stay well. You can find something interesting from the cable, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, Sling, and many others as well.
#3. Listen to Podcasts or Radio
Podcasts provide a series on a topic, and listening to podcasts is an excellent way to stay updated with your desired subject of interest. Connecting to the radio helps to uplift the mood and escape the pressure of life.
