1 Simple Trick to Make a Good and Everlasting First Impression
Smile :)

The first Impression sets the foundation for a robust and healthy relationship
It is a crucial part of socializing, communicating, making new friends, and working with people coming from vast backgrounds.
I have failed miserably marking an excellent first impression. Sometimes, I exaggerate things among unknowns, the other times I seem apathetic towards my counterparts.
I always come back home and regret my actions. Until I read this advice from the book “How to win friends and influence people” by Dale Carnegie.
Your expressions speak louder than your words.
SMILE :)
The essence of a smile
Why dogs are loved so much? Why a baby in a room is the center of attention?
A smile reflects — You make me happy, I am glad to see you
This is why dogs make such an impact on a person and a baby is loved by all. Remember, both of them don’t even utter a word. They just smile.
But, not just smile for the sake of it. Your expressions will convey if you are smiling with love or just muscles.
I am talking about a real smile, a heartwarming smile, a smile that comes from within, the kind of smile that will bring a good price in the marketplace.
The next time you step your foot outside
Draw the chin in, carry the crown of your head high, and fill the lungs with confidence.
Greet your friends with a smile, keep your body straight, emit confidence, and calmness. Do not fear being misunderstood and spread your message wisely.
Here’s the kicker —
Talk about the other person first, always. An average person always focuses on himself/herself. If you talk about them, they will remember you forever. Make them feel important.
Smile from within, greet people with confidence and talk about them.
What if you don’t feel like smiling?
Force yourself. It may sound rude but this is all you have to do. Make it a habit.
If you are alone, force yourself to whistle or hum a tune or sing. Act as if you were already happy.
We often say feeling gives birth to actions. It’s completely incorrect. Feelings and thoughts are indirectly in control of your mind, that is why it is difficult to control them.
Actions are directly in control. Dance, whistle, watch a movie, run, exercise, and watch how your thoughts level up.
But Manas, “How can someone be happy every single minute?
Happiness is a choice
Everyone in the world is seeking happiness and there is one sure way to find it.
Controlling your thoughts
Happiness doesn’t depend on outward conditions. It depends on inner conditions. It isn’t what you have, where you live, what you eat, what you earn, that makes you happy or unhappy. It is what you think about it.
Happiness is a mental shift. You can have everything, this world can give you and still be disappointed. Be grateful for the things you have. Everything is temporary. Enjoy it till it lasts. Stop complaining, Be grateful.
The biggest happiness in life lies in smallest things.
