Is Smartphone Addiction a Fact or Myth?

The use of smartphones is increasing day by day maybe the number of people in the USA state of California is less than several smartphones. Now, my best friend is a smartphone because we see more of it and we are more attracted to it. You won't forget it in your every event such as family gatherings, friend getups, parties, conferences, marriage functions, and even in the washroom.
Research reveals that 90% of relationships break up because of smartphones. Couples do not see each other while chatting and start provoked because of one pity reaction emoji.
My sister nowadays has anxiety and a lack of self-esteem because of the extensive use of social media platforms. Your innocent children are killing themselves because of the extensive use of smartphones. The ratio of psychological disorders is increasing day by day because of the night use of screens.
Now it's time to conquer this silent time by following my strategies. Your screen time may be 10 hours last day and by following my tips your screen time may be reduced to 2–4 hours.
Let's kill this foe together!
1. Spend time with Nature and Real World hobbies:
Engage with real-world hobbies that don't involve the screen such as reading a book, outdoor activities, and creative works such as painting and art. I start my day with morning exercise and sit at the bank of the river for a few minutes and see the flowing water of the river. I enjoy the bright rays of the sun that increase my brain activities and make me more clever.
2. Spend time with best Friends:
Research shows that California teenagers sent approximately 5 million messages to their friends. These teenagers write these messages; “Please meet me soon!” This meetup means a physical get-together.
Your life has become a machine because of the rapid increase in globalization. Tec-free zones are important for your well-being, such as during meals, before the bedroom, and physical connection with friends. You would have to designate specific hours for Tec-free zones and you can go where the use of smartphones is prohibited.
“People who spend a time with friends and connect socially live happy and have more lifetime than those who dont connect socially,”

3. Love with Animals:
Believe me! Animals are your best friends. They can help you in getting rid of depression and sadness. Most pet animals such as cats, dogs, and lambs are the best friends for spending time. I always play with my puppy when I come back home.
My sister loves rabbits. They are innocent and play with you. People have no time to communicate with each other because they are busy with social media. Birds are also the best choice to feed them giving you a sense of pleasure.

4. Run…
Exercise is the best remedy for depression, failure, sadness, and hopelessness. Running not only strengthens your physical health but also strengthens your mental health. Therefore, running is the daily habit of most successful persons.

“Runner has increase ten year extra in his life expectancy and has a strong healthy heart,”
This is my hobby I run daily 2km. When I run I feel extra energy and motivation. It is a fact that runners are healthy both physically and mentally.
The suicide ratio is increasing day by day because of poverty, bad living conditions, air pollution, and most importantly social media dependency.
5. Commit:
Commitment is an extra push factor to get rid of smartphone addiction. Put a challenge before yourself to solve any problems. Today may be better than tomorrow if you don't use social media for 20 hours.
Elon Musk the founder of Space X forbids to use the of smartphones. I have a chart of my daily habits one of my habits is I reduce my social media usage minimum of 22 hours.
“You can fail in twenty-first century if you extensive use of social media,”
Commitment will send a signal that the internet is dangerous for your health. After a few months, this dependency will decrease and you start to hate the technology.

Conclusion:
The Internet is dangerous for your child and your health. You follow these beneficial tips and make your life happy.
