Your Phone Wallpaper Can Change Your Life

For good or for bad

It can motivate, destroy, build up, or calm down.

But only if you let it.

By that I mean two things. 1) You are in control of what you want it to do and ultimately, what it does. If you are intentional about it, it will be a force for good.

2) Not being intentional (or letting the moment consume you) can spiral, and it is easy to lose control. It is easy to get lost in the negativity and feel proud that you are going through a difficult time. To think you are alone and have something to deal with that others maybe don’t.

My phone wallpaper is a perfect place to advertise that. It’s mostly for me, but others might see it in spurts that I’m okay with.

As much as we look at our phones, why would we realistically set our wallpaper to something that brings us down?

Because it’s a way to be unique, and give others a glimpse of what you are, without having to explain it.

But that is like a stream flowing through rock. It appears to be okay but over time it breaks it down and eats away until it gets the room that it wants to breathe.

Bottom line, stay positive with what you’re making yourself look at each and every time you pick up your phone.

My personal wallpaper right now is below, which I made pretty quickly on Canva.

I highly recommend making your own wallpaper to be something both personal and uplifting.

Not only will it mean something to you, but it will be more meaningful than something someone else made that you think looks or sounds “cool”.

Thoughts are the most powerful things in our lives. Your phone wallpaper can influence them for good or bad; it can create habits or destroy them; and it can bring you power or pain. Don’t let the bad win.
