Your Articles Keep Disappearing
Do you know why?
About a month ago, I lost an article that was dear to me, and a kind Medium member helped me retrieve this article. After that, I was back to my happy go lucky self again.
I did write an article about this, if you are interested in it, then click the link below, you will see that I was delighted to get it back and see why.
I cannot believe it; I have lost two further articles, I have contacted Medium support, and they have been tremendous as always and will retrieve these articles.
Why does this keep happening? And how many others have been lost or deleted that I have not discovered yet?
I am concerned about this issue. Each article we write takes both time and effort, along with the potential to earn a few dollars, too, so that I could be losing out on a lot of different fronts.
Is this a problem that Medium has in general? Or is this a tactic that they use?
Do other members face the same issues? If so, have they realised?
Thankfully the last article was also posted on my blog site, so it was "backed up" regardless. However, not everyone has that security.
I always love to hear your comments and feedback, so my questions this time are:
Have you lost articles on Medium? If so, did you get them retrieved?
Do you know the reason that this happens?
Do you have a "backup" plan?
