There are umpteen diet programs available around, and mostly everybody is obsessed with these diet programs. To worsen the situation, you might be seeing convincing testimony to hop on these diet programs.
You are killing your body without having its consent. Certified Nutritionist and a certified trainer is your answer. They are the ones who should design your diet program and any fitness program if you are supposed to engage.
Following these diet programs without supervision is equivalent to fall for a scam. The result is the same; Actions without much considerations take away your life from you without your permission.
Your body will start to hate you if you let your body to suffer too much. Let your body love you. Don’t suffocate your body by making all the wrong decisions and moves. Be ready to face all kinds of adverse reactions if your body doesn’t love you anymore.
