You Shine a Light on the World
Day 56: By raising your energy, you have more to give

Much to my delight this morning, I saw seven roses on my favorite rose bush today. Their petals are the beautiful color of a sunset, and the morning sun was illuminating them. I had set an intention around the number seven, and I learned this morning that it is a very positive angel number. It means amazing things are on their way. I love to notice everything around me, especially in nature, as she is my guide. My spiritual journey of 100-days exploring the book Miracles by Stuart Wilde among his other works is one of raising my energy, day by day.
As you go about your journey in life, as you raise your energy and let go of concepts and past occurrences that no longer serve you, you will see more light come into your days. The more energy that you can create, the more you have to give to the world. This is the beauty that shines through every human being.
If you can create a powerful and strong image of yourself as a miracle maker, as this wonderful, wonderful human being, that has so much to give, so much to offer the world, then, that being comes alive. It is almost as if by putting that energy into the mind, you shine a light in there that stimulates the mind. -Stuart Wilde

When you work on loving yourself, you have that energy and light to give back to others. When you have little faith in yourself, when you are struggling, when you are full of negative energy, you have less to offer others. When we choose to nurture ourselves and treat ourselves with kindness and respect, that creates a powerful and abundant flow of energy outward.
If you can begin to practice this idea of creating your imagination the way that you want to see yourself, then you have within you a wonderful tool that will allow you to become a more powerful being. -Stuart Wilde
As you create yourself into a light-filled, powerful spirit, you have the energy to give, to guide others on the path. You do so by sharing your vast store of energy and positivity. We will all have moments when we feel our energy waning. It is not always possible to be a shining beacon all of the time. We are human beings. We have emotions and circumstances happen that we are apt to react to. We do have within our control however, a capacity to heal ourselves, by allowing those energies to flow through us, and then guiding ourselves to a higher place.
Such a moment happened to me yesterday. All of a sudden I felt an emotional pang of sadness. I felt my energy lower. It had nothing to do with what was happening outside of me, it is something I felt in my inner being. I felt that I missed my friends. I wanted to be with them. It has been a long time since I have seen them. I felt the sorrow of the current situation. I took a walk, I processed through those feelings. I had a chat with my spirit about it. After a while, I was able to bring light to our dinner as a family later on. I was able to give once more. Giving comes from our innermost feelings and our heart. When we give ourselves space to feel, we are able to give more.
My prayer and my intention for you today is for you to feel your energy. Do you feel lots of energy today, or is it lower today. If you have low energy, nurture yourself, take good care of yourself. Lean into self-care today. If you are able to raise your energy, find ways to give to others
How aware are you of your energy level today?
