You Need Freedom From Your MIND
My rules for peaceful life and freedom
You need freedom from the constant chattering machine, i.e. your mind.
As your mind is not behaving as you want it to.
But constantly dragging you into unnecessary chit-chat of the past and making you fearful for your future.
You have to tame it to behave as you want it to, otherwise, it will make you its slave.
Here are my rules for freedom:
1. Keep Quiet, Listen More, Observe More
2. Talk Less, React Less, Reply Less, and Save Energy
3. Watch Your Thoughts, Observe Your Breathing
4. Go For A Walk In Solitude, No Music And No People
5. Do Journaling To Empty Your Mind
6. Be In The Present Moment
7. Observe Nature, And Meditate daily
8. Read More, Eat Healthy
9. Use Your Phone As Per Necessity And NOT TO KILL TIME
10. Do What YOU Think Is Correct For YOURSELF, Not To Regret Later
11. No Gossip, Less Drama, & Less Drama People
12. Don’t Take Anything Personally (neither praise nor criticism)
13. Stand For Yourself Whenever Needed
