You Might Be More Motivated By What You DON’T Want

Tap into another dimension of motivation

The other day I had a ton of stuff to do, and I ended up completing my obligations around 7ish pm (not my ideal time to finish things on a Sunday).

But the whole day, I knew one thing: I still had to get my workout in, or I would have to get it done the following day, which I didn’t want because the following day was supposed to be a rest day.

Long Story Short

I went to the gym.

Do you know what motivated me?

Not having to go to the gym the following day.

Sometimes we can use what we don’t want as motivation to accomplish our goals.
