What do you wish you knew decades ago?

We all skin our knees growing up. We make life choices and ‘mistakes’ and learn lessons over the years and decades.
What do you wish you knew back then?
If you could talk to that younger version of you, what would you want that young woman to know?

Include a few words in the blank that summarizes your story. You can add any subtitle you wish.
