Wonderful
Poetry / Lyrics
We can laze in the Summer light, And sing out there on the porch.
Or we can fall by the stream at night, In this beautiful world.
So I don’t wanna take the train, Going back.
I don’t wanna stop by Sadness, Just to know where it’s at.
We’ll never see those Southern storms, Or fears they had.
No, I just wanna stay, Out here in Wonderful, with you.
I just wanna fade, Out here in Wonderful, with you.
I love to lean on the sunny side, And be out there in The Fall.
Our freedom here always feels alive, Somehow it’s just, magical.
So I don’t wanna take the train, Going back.
I don’t wanna stop by Sadness, Just to know where it’s at.
We’ll never see those Southern storms, Or fears they had.
No, I just wanna stay, Out here in Wonderful, with you.
See I just wanna fade, Out here, in Wonderful, with you.
