In my search for 3 and 4-ingredient foods, I came across this little beauty by Allrecipes by Tamara. I am planning to eat it for lunch, and I can’t wait. I will warm cooked mixed vegetables with it, rice, potato, and pasta would be perfect too.

Ingredients

  1. cookie sheet/roasting pan. spray if needed
  2. 4 (6-ounce boneless salmon steaks) I used frozen
  3. salt or pepper optional
  4. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Method

Preheat the oven broiler and set a rack 6 inches from the heat. Grease broiler pan, if needed

Season salmon then place on broiler pan. Whisk brown sugar and mustard together, then spoon the mixture over the salmon.

Cook under preheated broiler until salmon flakes easily with a fork, 10–15 minutes. I did 15. Enjoy. Grammy Judy
