Tasty Team’s BBQ Chicken Tenders

Recipe # 3, so easy so good

Grammy Judy here with a wonderful easy chicken dish. Tasty Team’s, Alvin Zhou, and others shared this recipe and I am impressed! It has three ingredients and no frying. I am serving it for dinner tonight.

You will need

  1. 4 uncooked chicken breasts
  2. 1 cup BBQ sauce, (use your favorite)
  3. 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. (190 C.) line with parchment or spray a baking sheet
  2. Slice the chicken into strips
  3. Dip the chicken in the BBQ sauce, and cover well. (Save the extra BBQ sauce)
  4. Then, coat with the bread crumbs
  5. Line the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and brush the chicken with the reserved BBQ sauce. ( I found a baking brush in my draw, it was handy, a spoon will work too)
  6. Bake for 10 minutes more. Serve warn. Enjoy Judy
