Winter Maze
A chilling pursuit turns dire
Word of the Day: Winter
Chasing laughter into the night, they found a maze. “Tom, this feels off,” Jen’s voice quivered, the cold biting.
“Keep close,” he replied, navigating the twisted paths.
Winter’s chill wrapped around them like a cloak, each turn a new puzzle.
Suddenly, silence.
“Jen?” There was no answer, just the echo of his voice.
Panic surged in Tom’s heart as he realised Jen was gone, swallowed by the labyrinth.
Alone, he pressed on, whispers of the past fueling his steps.
“I’ll find you,” he pledged into the void, determination his only companion in the search for Jen and their elusive quarry.
