Wins of the Week #7 (I Found 8 Wins This Week)

WOW: February 26 — March 3

Image created by the author in Midjourney.

How has it been a week already? The weeks are flying by, and I can’t believe we’re already in March!

But…here we are. Ready to tackle another week.

Let’s find some wins from last week.

  1. I wrote and published 7 stories, and 4 of them were put into publications.
  2. Here are the read ratios for this week’s articles. Note that the last two stories are brand-spanking new as of yesterday and they don’t have much data yet.

I feel good about my read ratios. (Except for The World Is More Than We See. I’m not happy about how that one turned out. I wish I would have written it differently and I also wish I had come up with a better headline.)

3. I was mentioned in three Medium articles. I’m always appreciative of that. Last week I mentioned a publication I was thinking of starting having to do with this.

I haven’t started it yet because I just don’t know if it’ll work the way I want it to. I probably should just try it and see! (Note to self: Overthinking gets you nowhere.)

4. Here are the earnings I ended up with for February, plus a little of March.

Screenshot taken by the author.

I made it over $500 for February, so that’s pretty good!

(Note: If you want to see the full breakdown of how February went for me, you can check out my Road to $5k per month February updates.)

5. I added 4 screenshots to my praise folder. It feels so nice to have people resonate with what I’m doing!

6. I published my 200th article!

7. I’m up to 2,250 followers. Thank you to anyone who follows me. I appreciate it so, so much!

8. I made a new affiliate sale, and that’s always awesome. There’s nothing better than getting a “You made a sale!” email.

Final Thoughts

I honestly thought, “Do I even want to put this article out there? I didn’t have many wins this week.”

I didn’t have any new product sales, and my newsletter subs are still stuck.

But, now I’m glad I did.

Once again, you can find wins if you look for them. A win isn’t just making a ton of money or gaining subscribers out of the wazoo.

Wins are compliments on your work, writing your 200th article (or 10th), increasing your read ratios, and anything else you worked at to improve.

You can always find wins. And I highly recommend that you do because you will feel proud of your accomplishments. This will help keep you motivated and moving forward with your progress.

Now, let’s make this next week the best week ever!

What wins did you have? Feel free to share them in the comments! I love reading about how you did.
