Apparently, vabbing helps women attract more male partners through a substance in the vagina excretion called pheromones.

Vabbing is a new, better, and cheaper way to attract a date more than designer fragrances and outfits.

Some vabbers claim putting vaginal fluids on your pulse points will ensure your pheromones get the attention they deserve, thus attracting potential mates. Others do it for vabbing’s apparent confidence-boosting abilities.

Scientists have identified a chemical substance responsible for attraction in both men and women. These chemicals, pheromones, stimulate sexual arousal, desire, hormone levels, and even fertility when released.

Pheromones are detected through smell and are produced through sweat, saliva, and urine.

Researchers found that two transmitters in pheromones, the androstadienone (in men) and androstadienonein (in women), stimulate the sensory parts and increase arousal.

The androstadienone is usually found in men’s sweat and can be detected by women. It increases attraction, affects mood and cortisol levels, and activates brain areas linked to social cognition.

In some studies, androstenone increases a woman’s libido, especially if she is presented with it close to the time of ovulation.

The second substance in the pheromones, known as androstadienonein present in women’s vagina fluid plays a key role in women’s mood, focus and sexual response, and perhaps also in mate selection.

Men are more relaxed, and their sexual arousal levels are lowered when they smelled tears from women while crying during a sad movie.

In conclusion

Every individual lives in their own sensory world. That is why it’s difficult to know how our pheromones respond to smell.

Things like a person’s history and the context of smell can affect pheromones response. For example, for a sex worker, the scent of sperm can be pleasant for you, but someone who was raped can detest that scent.

However, the reaction between pheromones and attraction cannot be ignored.
