Why Me?

A Poem On Female Abuse

In shadows deep where innocence should thrive, A haunting truth emerges, hard to survive. Oh, why must this world bear such a plight, As girls endure abuse, their spirits take flight?

They blossom like flowers, delicate and fair, Yet face a world that often seems unfair. Innocence shattered, trust torn apart, Leaving scars on their souls, aching heart.

Oh, why must power be used to harm and bruise, When kindness and respect should be the cues? Girls, like stars, should light up the sky, Not suffer in silence, wondering why.

Let us rise, let voices unite, Against the darkness that clouds their light. Empower and protect, with love as our guide, Stand strong as allies, hearts open wide.

For every girl who’s faced this pain, We stand with you, breaking the chain. Together we’ll challenge the status quo, Till every heart and mind truly know:

Abuse has no place in this world we share, Girls deserve respect, love, and care. Let’s rewrite the story, let healing begin, So their strength and potential forever win.
