Who shall be King?

A writers Challenge of the ages, May there be ILLUMINATION

Once, in the land of ILLUMINATION there was a king, not a very humble king for he often flaunted his exceedingly colorful and shiny clothing, and when he spoke he would make his voice deep and deliberate as to sound more profound, but worst yet of this king's shameful behaviors was his writing.

His proclamations, announcements, and issuances would be such bloviations, fabrications, and wrongful interpretations. It was obvious to most of his followers that he simply tried too hard to prove his highness. But he was king.

King Charles of Roast, was admired so by his loyal Guardsman, Sir Timothy, Holder of the Keys. Sir Timothy of keystone Way, lost his path through a façade of mimicry. Soon Timothy could be seen prancing around in big baggie bottoms all colored and peacocky like, and when reading the proclamation of the king Sir Timothy would make his voice low and deliberately enunciate his teees and essses, as if the upper classes were about in their fancy coats, and dresses. Once he even wrote his own proclamation, claiming superiority, clarity, and aspersions upon King Chuck. He did announce that he be the rightful King of the ILLUMINATION. So outrageous was his pontifications that he did win some hearts and minds within the land of ILLUMINATION!

And thus the wars began.

Seeing a challenge to the king as weakness the Earl of Hooda, Rasheed the 1st wrote his own proclamation, in a flowery, eloquent, express fullness, that convinced many of the king's followers to sway his way. But the clincher was his grand stature, which he magnified with an extravagantly large headdress, with flowers and fluffy white pillows it appeared as if the clouds floated above him wherever he went. The bringer of shade in ILLUMINATION, they proclaimed. The crowds ooohed and awed as he walked by, many even followed.

However, the land of ILLUMINATION as we all know is populated with the most profound, the intelligent, the inquisitive, and the imaginative, so deep do the waters of exasperation flow in ILLUMINATION that only the immortal Yildiz, Doctor of the reverberance can truly expound. So, expected it should be, that if, the King be challenged not just the nobles should dare.

So, he laughed and chuckled at the astonishment of the three, as the great Admiral of the sea, T. Mark of Mangum Manor, assailed the bay of litany. He upon the flagship Hellcrack, flying his flag of gold, silver, bronze, and black. His head adorned with a simple red cap no feather nor plume. His eye patch spurred a feeling of glume. That was until he read aloud, in the tone of the common his grand plan for the incarnation of a bigger, brighter ILLUMINATION, where all would share in the pronunciations of lite.

The crowds cheered and, clapped, commented, and even gave shoutouts in the lands of Twit, Tic-Tok, link, and they even sent letters to Sir. Face the King of Book. A new king there be in ILLUMINATION the great King-Admiral T. Mark of Mangum Manor.

Now Illuminated by grace, the new king pondered, greats throughout the land such as Lady Alex of Kilcannon, or the Dutchess Lynette of Clements, or even that dastardly duke of Wolfe, Dietrich, by name, might challenge his claim. So, he proposed a Diarchy. Just simply share another of your great tales as I have shared my favorite of yours.

Or better yet write a new tale for the citizenry to enjoy. What be your ploy to win the land and claim the throne? For battle, I do enjoy.
