Who is likely to be selfish — man or woman?
What did the research states about the selfishness of men and women?

We are hearing negative remarks about selfishness since childhood. More often, we have come across views that make man selfish, but I abnegate from this point of view. In my point of view, everyone is selfish to some extent. Stephen Kendrick truly claims:
“Almost every sinful action ever committed can be traced back to a selfish motive. It is a trait we hate in other people but justify in ourselves. ” ― The Love Dare
No one can surely claim the selfishness of man and woman, but everyone possesses some extent of selfishness. It is difficult to answer who is likely to be selfish — man or woman, since it depends on the individual. It is not fair to make generalizations about either gender, since everyone is different.
However, it is significant to note that selfishness is not exclusive to any gender — both men and women can be capable of selfish behavior. Ultimately, it is essential to focus on the individual and not make broad assumptions based on gender.
Why you should avoid selfishness?
Selfishness is something that you should avoid, no matter whether you are a man or a woman. It is damaging in many ways, as it can lead to negative relationships, a lack of compassion and understanding, and cause difficulty in working with others.
Selfishness can prevent us from reaching our goals and achieving our dreams. We should strive to be more selfless and considerate of others, as it can benefit us all in the long run. So, being human, we should avoid selfishness.
Ways to reduce selfishness?
A great way to reduce selfishness is to practice selflessness. Make an effort to do something kind for others without expecting anything in return. You can also focus on developing empathy and compassion for others.
Try to take a step back and look at situations from the other person’s perspective. It will help you understand them better and allow you to show more kindness and understanding.
