Who Doesn’t Love Puppies?
The antics of campus puppies
Let me start by congratulating JoAnn Ryan for starting this fab new publication for all photo-story lovers! Thank you JoAnn! ❤
And now, the pup-pup-puppies!
These pups are from my son’s campus. Each time I visited, there was a new bunch because they were either adopted or just disappeared from campus. They were not official pets — just dogs that the students loved to pet and love and look after.
On one of my trips, I followed these five puppies around. I could watch them for hours (and did) and it was so much fun! They would chase imaginary stuff, roll around in the mud, fight with each other, and then, at some point, get tired and nap for a while.
Here they are, playing. Five siblings.
Then two walk off to explore slightly greener pastures. What are they looking for? Who knows? They probably didn’t, either!
But let’s follow them!
They sniff around this motorbike and then pose for a photo.
Ooh! Biker-babes much?
Then mommy strolls around and wants to know where the other three are.
“Don’t know, mom! They were right behind us!”
“We were playing together and then we decided to take a walk before the sunset and . . . we have no idea where they are!”
So mommy decides they should go looking for the others before calling it a day. “Come on, let’s go!” And like good puppies, they follow her.
The first missing sibling is contemplating life. Big, profound questions.
Like, what’s for dinner?
And she’s not alone in that thought!
And I’ll be back again with more stories!
Sigh! Jillian Amatt - Artistic Voyages beat me to the first submission! Enjoy her lovely post here:
