Whisper To Your Plants, They Pour Love

October 2nd week prompt: Loving house plants

“A beautiful plant is like having a friend around the house.” — Beth Ditto

House plants bring love, fresh air, and peace to a house. I have noticed that everyone likes some greenery in the house.

People grow bamboo in a bottle and nourish it with water and shade. Some plants are grown in flower pots to give them sunshine.

There are both indoor and outdoor plants that steal our hearts.

“Like people, plants respond to extra attention.” — H. Peter Loewer

I always say that you whisper to your plants and they pour their love into you.

This is a collaboration post. One of the writers on Medium Marta Henriques has been reading some of our posts in the nature column and was keen to be part of the family.

She has beautiful house plants and is very fond of nature. some of her recent articles on nature articles are

I love houseplants too. The photo above I placed is a flower that is always smiling at me.

As they say that you talk to your plants I talk to it every day and it pours all its love out through flowers all year round.

It inspires me because it always smiles.

It multiplies every year. The seed germinates and comes and now I have three flower pots with them.

This is called Sada Bahar in Hindi which means evergreen.

I have had this money plant for the last thirty years ever since I shifted into this house. The leaves are jumbo size and it grows so well.

I wave to the plant every morning and it gives me its hand in friendship! I say Hello to it every day! It playfully and gracefully moves with the breeze and beckons me to do my yoga near it and it radiates and sends me positive vibrations.

The money plant proudly stays on come winter and summer. Takes all the challenges and inspires me to overcome my challenges.

The croton in my life is freckled and beautiful. I love the yellow and green colored leaves.

Freckles can be beautiful too. It inspires me to stand up imperfect in things but perfectly graceful.

These are some of my house plants. I have quite a few but I want to focus on your posts now.

The prompt for this week: Our loving houseplants.

Let us have a round of our wonderful posts from last week

Stories on Flowering trees -Prompt

Elder Taoist

This story just blew me off. I was amazed to see so many beautiful flowering trees. A person with a passion for nature has feelings and emotions for the beauty of nature. Amazing flowering trees. A visual paradise of trees.

Joyce Nielsen

Cherry blossoms represent both birth and death, beauty and violence. Looking at their photos brought so much peace and calm to my life. They remind us to appreciate the beauty of life. They are just awesome.

William J Spirdione

William is an amazing photographer. You wonder at the description of each tree and season as he brings out the insights of the color according to the seasons. you will be delighted to read this.

Dr. Fatima Imam

This is such a lovely story. The cherry blossoms transported from Japan to Canada brought friendship. Fatima extends it to everyone with her warmth and love she has considered friendships to be like these beautiful cherry blossoms.

Mulan

Mulan writes that trees do not have a choice. Her story is of two trees one that has become luscious green because of the place where it was born. The other was born on a slope and suffers from the rigors of the scorching sun. It has no control over its birth but it fights for its existence in life smiling each day.

Other beautiful nature stories.

Mia Verita

What a lovely lesson the rose has given us. It tells us to be resilient and brave the problems of life. We may look fragile like the rose but we should be strong like it to be able to take the challenges of life.

Saba Haider

She loves to go for a walk at nighttime so she can get a glimpse of the night sky. While walking she looks at the sky to search for stars. She begins to count them to find out how many more stars she can see compared to the previous day.

Josephine Crispin

This is such an unusual story of squirrels stealing the food set up for birds and digging and spoiling the garden. Josephine spells out a secret that squirrels do not like chilies so she mixed it with the bird's food as they find it comfortable to eat it.

Elder Taoist

I love Elder Taoist’s Freddy stories. Climate change is just happening. Nature commands us. like Freddy Enjoys the beauty of the present as we must enjoy the simple joys of life. we all have to die one day. 🙏🏼
