Our days are roller-coasting, we are going from summits to chasms.

Aligned with our shadow

Sometimes you begin your day, offset, running after the blue bus and never managing to catch it. You are then confronted with your Shadow. As soon as you feel stress, your shadow shows itself as if it was its moment to manifest. You feel out of place. Or you don’t inhabit your life. This is where we measure our ability to accept our shadow and listen to it, without obeying it either.
