When Do I Get Paid?

A question I get from new writers, who are paid members of the Medium platform is when do I get paid for my articles?
As I am sure you already know, that as Medium members spend more time reading your story (“member reading time”), you will earn more.
When Medium calculates your story’s earnings, they also include reading time from non-members if they become members within 30 days of reading your story. So they encourage you to share your stories widely!
So your articles will earn you money throughout a calendar month and you will be paid the following month for those articles, but when do you get paid?
It normally takes between 5 to 7 working days for the payment to hit your account, assuming you have set it up correctly. If you have any questions that I can help with please comment below and I will return with your answer.
