Today’s word is carry.

A Drabble is a short fiction story of only 100 words. I make up alot of my stories from real life.

Rylee went to Grandmas house while Mommy went shopping.

Rylee loved spending time with Grandma because she always did something fun with her.

“Rylee, come help me carry these heavy books downstairs.”

“What kind of books are they?”

“Photo albums,” said Grandma.

“What’s a photo album?” Rylee asked.

“It’s a book full of pictures.”

“Grandma, you should keep your photos on your phone like everyone else,” said Rylee. “Your phone is lighter to carry than all these heavy books.”

Grandma spent the rest of the day telling Rylee how they used to get pictures developed when she was a kid.

(My granddaughter really did ask me that question yesterday.)
