What Would You Do?

Ever look at something discarded and try to envision what you could do with it? I do it all the time.

Return to the daze of my youth.

Allow me to begin with the assumption that over the years I have amassed a yard full, a virtual junk yard in my back yard. Then decide that recycling, selling, giving away, hauling away, or destroying these things are not options. What is something useful you could do with these items?

What would you do with piles of broken egg shells?

What about one half inch stainless steel cable?

How about a tractor-trailer loads of used rubber bands?

Thousands of empty pill bottles — how would you use them?

What if you had piles of old newspapers?

Racing slicks? How could you reuse old worn out racing slicks?

Asphalt shingles collected from your neighbor’s old roof?

The dried stems of Dogfennel are the next on my list. What would you do with them? How could you put them to good use? Composting is not an option.

As long as we’re on plants, how would you use the stems of Chrysanthemums? Again, no composting.

Dryer lint? Surely you can figure out a way to use it.

What could you do with truck mufflers other than put them on trucks?

A 3.5 horsepower Briggs and Stratton horizontal engine?

How would you reuse corrugated plastic yard signs?

How about old above ground plastic pools? What sort of use could you think of for them? Hint: they are not fish safe due to off-gassing.

Can you think of something to do with the fiberglass tubes of an M-47 DRAGON Anti-Tank Guided Missile launcher?

Hundreds of pounds of glass window panes of all sizes.

Aluminum cat food cans can be reused how?

How about a use for a worn out motorcycle chain. Got anything?

Various sizes of the holes cut from plastic, wood, and metal using hole saws might be something you can figure out how to use.

What would you do with a working cement mixer other than mix cement?
