What is Cognitive AI?

“Studying what was known about the human brain and people had just begun to make simple models of how the brain might be operating. There was a very seminal paper of McCulloch and Pitts in which they had proposed this idea of a simplified model of a neuron and how you could assemble these together into more elaborate circuits which could accomplish some significant computational feats. So there was the beginning of a theory of how the brain might work.
