What if I met someone And what if we got along What if we shared something Maybe just a song.
Maybe I’d find more than a friend Someone to talk to again and again Someone to look at and touch on the cheek A girl I can stay with where nothing seems bleak.
What if I woke up one day And knew all along That you were the girl To help sing that love song?
I’d look around and be surprised Cause when I’d see it in your eyes I would know the reasons why My life with you just gets me high.
