
What aspects of your routine contribute most strongly to your well-being? There isn’t a one-size-fits-all routine. For some, waking up at 5 am is their golden rule. For others, exercise and meditation contribute to their physical and emotional needs the most.
There are so many articles out there promoting hacks and tips for what the “perfect” routine is, that sometimes I feel overwhelmed. I forget that what’s most important is how effectively it works for me personally.
Instead of providing tips, I wanted to pause your day and ask you to reflect — which key pieces of your routine have been the most helpful so far? For your mental health? Physical health? How might you keep these more consistently in your routine?
