Hello, my writing warriors. I hope you’re ready for another fun-filled week of writing ideas. It’s getting down to the end of the month and we’ll have all new ideas coming in June.

For those of you who haven’t heard, there will only be two weekly prompt posts here starting in June. I’ll be posting a non-fiction edition the first week, and a fiction post the third week. One the second and fourth weeks, I’ll be doing prompts at Ravyne Hawke’s site, Artique.

But for now, let’s get on with the prompts at hand. My dear friends, I give you your weekly writing prompts for May 22–28, 2023. Have fun and see where your imaginations will take you.

There you go, kids. I hope you find something to get those creative juices flowing. Step outside of your comfort zone, twist them up, or use more than one in a single post. As long as you’re having fun, you’re doing it right.

Remember, if you publish something from one of our prompts, be sure to tag me (@sapheyerblu) and leave a link to this post, so others can come play too. And if you’re looking for a place to publish your work, check out our sister site, Amusing Responses. We accept responses to writing prompts from all around the platform. All we ask is that you link back to the original post and tag the prompt creator. Also, please use one of the following tags: “Fiction”, “Poetry”, or “Creative Nonfiction”. That way, your work will end up in the right category.

Have fun and I can’t wait to see what you come up with.

Until next time, Happy Writing!!!!!
