Poetry Prompt: a heavenly duo

Prata dipped in a spicy curry, Washed down with a hot cup of sugary tea. Some might say it’s a strange combination; Sweet and spicy are polar opposites! Yet, they blend in harmony, Just like you and me.

I got inspired to write a poem after seeing the enthusiastic responses to a photo (the one above) which I posted on Twitter. I loved this response the most.

Then, I saw Lucy The Eggcademic (she/her)’s poem about the heavenly combination of hot chocolate and marshmallow.
