We Are Going To The Fabulous Toronto Premium Outlets Now!

Shop until you drop!

Yes, this is a shopping mall! Doesn’t it look cool? (photo provided by Linda Ng)

Did you know about an outlet shopping mall near Toronto? That’s right! It’s a fabulous outdoor shopping centre to keep you occupied for hours.

It’s not too far and it’s a great way to spend a day. Let’s check it out!

From Toronto, it will take you about 40 minutes to get to Toronto Premium Outlets. There’s usually traffic, so you may want to assume an hour’s drive.

Bring along some snacks for the drive! 🥨🍿

The address is 13850 Steeles Avenue W, Halton Hills¹.

You can check their website for their hours of business, but they are generally open from 10:00 to 9:00pm. Parking is free. As with all places that get a lot of tourists, get there early to avoid the crowds!

This outlet has everything. There are restaurants, play areas, and of course, shops for all your desires. From kitchenware to jewellery to skincare, you’ll find everything you need here.

Here is a look at their store directory and a shot of some of their stores.

Besides corridors full of wonderful retail stores to cater to every taste, they also have a big food court and resting areas scattered around the area. After all that walking, it can get pretty tiring! Oh, don’t worry. They have large and clean bathrooms too.

They have a Food Pavilion! I remember eating burgers and pizza there one time! They also have nice sitting areas for your tired feet. (photos provided by Linda Ng)

They’ve also got you covered if you have small kids who need a lot of entertaining while you shop. There is a small playground and cool little animal robots to ride on! I wondered if I was too old to rent one.

The max weight allowed on the animal robots is 176 pounds, so I’m well under that. Would people stare if I rode one around the shopping mall?

Here is the rental fee. Looks like you get the most bang for your buck if you rent for an hour!

  • 15 minutes = $15
  • 30 minutes = $25
  • 60 minutes = $40
I really wanted to rent one for myself, haha! I was afraid to be scolded by the people there….(photos provided by Linda Ng)

And folks, I saved the best for last. Besides the large food pavilion, they also have a few FOOD TRUCKS!! Who doesn’t like food trucks? Last time, I spotted a truck that sold beavertails. Wait, it’s not what it sounds like! It’s actually a delicious pastry to try if you’re visiting Canada for the first time. You won’t be disappointed!

Fun Fact — There are a lot of tourists at this mall, so you’ll see a lot of signs with multiple languages on it!

I haven’t even scratched the surface of all the shops you can find here. I wasn’t actually thinking of buying anything. It’s usually just a fun visit for a few hours for me. They had such a great sale at Kate Spade, I couldn’t pass it up! I ended up getting a few pairs of earrings and a small purse!

Shopping is happy! Me with my purchase. 😀 (photo provided by Linda Ng)
