Watching the Thoughts Float By

A mindfulness mediation

Mindfulness.

Focusing on the here and now.

Watching and observing.

Rather than trying to figure out.

It’s a wondrous thing.

To take a break.

To not have to be in control.

But, to just be.

And, observe.

Be in the moment.

At one with the universe.

Just being still.

Just being at peace.

Relaxed.

Just feeling the rhythm of your heartbeat.

The focusing on breathing deeply.

Breathing in and out.

So cleansing.

So freeing.

Not worrying about any thoughts.

Watching them pass by.

Like ships in a channel.

Or, trucks on a highway.

Hearing them roaring by.

Letting them go to where ever.

Not worrying about any particular one.

Knowing they are gone as soon as they appear.

It is lovely to be at peace.

All relaxed.

Meditating.

And just being.

Lots of love to you!
