Wasting Life And Money
A time to think
In life’s swift stream, we sail along, Each moment precious, like a song. Yet often we’re entangled in a chase, For wealth and riches in this space.
Time slips through fingers like grains of sand, As money’s pursuit takes a steady hand. We strive for more, our desires But overlook the sun’s tender rays. In seeking fortunes, we may amass,
But life’s true gems are moments that pass. Laughter shared with friends so dear, And moments of joy that draw us near. The clock keeps ticking, a constant beat,
While wealth’s illusion can be bittersweet. For what is gained, and what is lost, In counting coins, at what true cost? Let’s not forget life’s fleeting dance,
So while money’s power may enthrall, Remember, it’s life’s cycle that’s tall. Welcome each day, let wastefulness cease, For life’s true riches lie in moments of peace.
