Almond milk has many health benefits. It is unsweetened and low in calories. So make sure you control portions and make small slices when you eat this yummy dessert!</p><p id="7910"><b>Dry Ingredients:</b></p><p id="6974">1. 1 cup of all-purpose flour</p><p id="392a">2. 1 cup of brown sugar</p><p id="f554">3. ½ cup of cocoa powder</p><p id="474c">4. ½ teaspoon of baking powder</p><p id="3bf4">5. 100 gms of Walnut kernels</p><p id="dfb0">Mix them all together in a big bowl with a spatula.</p><p id="3029"><b>Wet Ingredients:</b></p><p id="65b1">1. 1 cup of Almond milk</p><p id="ec8a">2. 1/ 2 cup of light sunflower oil</p><p id="0fc4">3. ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence</p><p id="27ba"><b>PREPARATION</b></p><p id="acf9">Stir the ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Slowly mix them together with a whisk.</p><p id="7685">Add chopped almonds to the batter. Transfer the batter to the skillet. Add some more walnuts on top.</p><p id="e4d6">Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180c. Keep the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180c.</p><p id="ec9d">Once done insert a skewer into the brownie. Hi Friends,

Chocolate Walnut Brownie is one of the yummiest, and easiest recipes ever.

Before jotting down the simple recipe let us know some facts about the ingredients.

Walnuts are edible seeds of the tree Juglans. In India, they are grown in Jammu and Kashmir, Uttaranchal, Himachal Pradesh, and Arunachal Pradesh. They are known as ‘’Akhroot ‘’ or ‘’akhrot ‘’ in India. The kernels inside the shell of the walnut are the edible part. These are superfoods with many health benefits.

They may help in the prevention of cancer, and diabetes. They are also known to improve brain functions.

They are rich in good fats known as Polyunsaturated fats.

They also contain Omega 3 fatty acids, alpha linolic acid (ALA)

AlA is good for heart health, reducing inflammation, and improving blood fat composition.

Walnuts may also help reduce Cancer and Diabetes.

Walnuts are rich in antioxidants and also contain many beneficial plant compounds.

These delicious seeds are also known to help weight control.
