Waking Up on The Wrong Side of The Bed
Positive pants: daily affirmation #4…
I don’t know about everyone else, but this is a common occurrence for me. Much less so as I’ve gotten older, but it’s still there.
And that leads to an important affirmation.
Put on your positive pants: Get out of bed, no matter what time of day, and vow to start on a positive note. Crap is going to happen throughout your day. It always does. But starting your day off with positivity will only increase your chances of being able to turn that crap around. Maybe you’ll even be able to put a humorous twist on it.
I never used to be a morning person. Before I was on the proper sleeping medications for my anxiety disorder, I regularly stayed awake until the sun started peeking it’s head. And that landed me in a very poor position as I rolled out of bed late afternoon.
But this helped!
