Vitamins For The Soul #2

Your personal choice takes you where you want to be with a huge smile

I’m restless. I can’t get clarity on my next projects. Caring friends are telling me: ‘It’s too much. You should slow down.’. Business-related friends tell me: ‘You should focus. You have too many projects.’. Both visions aren’t helping me because my ideas are too many and too fascinating and too, well just too much, even for me.

I’ll try to ease myself, but not by stopping to think about a new project and not by focusing on just one project. I’m looking around, ready to take my medicine. I know what is good for me, right now.

It’s not about what they say is good for you.

It’s about what will make you smile, inside.

In order to soothe me, to make me feel really okay and at ease, I need my unique vitamins. My personal vitamines for this moment. For this mental situation, I definitely need … music.

I need upbeat songs I know the lyrics of. I need to sing as loud as a can from the depths of my heart. I’ve learned a few months ago there is a name for this, but I can’t remember (and can’t find it) what it is. I name it empowering ecstatic music.
