It’s more than just my article that’s gone viral this month

It’s more than just my article that this month has gone viral, for I have been struck down with illness, one after the next. I do not know the why or how of either situation, and both have made me scratch my head and left me quite perplexed.

I’ve had both of my covid jabs, and always wear my mask. Not only that I haven’t ventured too far past my door. And way back in September I received my winter flu shot. So all in all I don’t know why my throat’s now so damn sore.

I usually have allergies that blight me every springtime, but since I’ve been in lockdown and avoiding the outside I hadn’t had the slightest tickle, stinging eyes, or sneezes, ’til when a few short weeks ago, a headcold changed the tide.

I went to bed and rested well to battle the infection and in about a week or so much better I was feeling. Then just today, as I was looking forward to my prospects I find that now it is with tonsillitis I am dealing.
