Using Intel Operations in Leadership
It can be and is used in all business

This is the true entrepreneur and leadership pioneer.
This tactic is nothing new. To use Intelligence Operations is a research and information skill and is used in all business. It is researching competitors and seeing what they are doing in order to set oneself apart from all others. Like what Amazon has done. Amazon has more subcompanies than I’ve seen from one company trademark (Amazon) in history. Even to branch out to publish books and to land a movie studio that has bought Hollywood Studios MGM.
This same principle is used to set oneself apart from other company leaders. What do other candidates have on their resume and how can you set yourself apart, in a growth fashion? Are you professional, but comfortably unique in life that the company sees as refreshing and attractive, but not a risk?
Intel operations include what consumers are saying about products. How can you take reviews and feedback of a competitor’s product and improve in the direction that the consumers referenced?
Michael E. Gerber of the E-Myth mentioned that a company should be what people are asking for; the CEO is not the company. Companies are standalone. That way, he said, the CEO can focus on growth, improvements, and expansion.
It’s all about evaluating information. To then innovate operations to project a company or office.
Inside of this, includes:
- Research and collecting information
- Creating a desired direction
- Analysis
- Evaluation
- Integration
- Feedback
Conclusion
Intel Operation systems can help leadership guide product demand, project management, and innovation. It presents some clear guidelines and expectations for growth.
For each of us personally, approaching our own lives and careers using a type or style of intelligence operations can make our next step cleaner by showcasing steps to set up apart from our competition.
