#6 Eliminating distractions
I have written many times on this topic. Sometimes it’s easy to eliminate things than adding or trying something new that you haven't done before.
One of the most important keys is to do an audit and carefully picking one and two things that can you eliminate without sacrificing much.
For example, if you’re spending hefty amount of time on your phone, try reducing it for an hour or so and use that use to workout or adding any mindful activities.
If you are spending hours in meetings where you are not attentive or nothing to do with you, start declining them to empty up your calendar a bit.
If some meeting can be done through email or chat, try this instead.
Similarly, when you eat, just eat and enjoy your food.
When you walk, just walk and enjoy each step without music or phone conversations.
