most people are quite receptive to this communication of clear rules on what is or isn’t okay.

I’ve realized that the remaining tiny percentage of people who see boundaries as challenges to argue to overstep to manipulate into changing

they are … annoying to be euphemistic at best, but once boundaries are set and practiced

even this challenge mode (albeit frustrating) works wonders and is worthwhile.
