Two Months Baby on Medium — 65 Articles!

Few weeks here and still getting to know how all of this works

I just can’t believe it has been two months already! Time still flies by so fast. Even though I have so much to learn, I have had some help and now know more tricks and tips on writing on this platform.

I have been engaging with wonderful people and I have been reading along so many adventures! From people going to their homeland in India just like Shruthi Sundaram who came back with AMAZING photographs or like Nancy Blackman who I hope will soon go on a South Korean Tour for participating in a book! So many great, wonderful and breathtaking pieces there are!

These pieces if not inspire, can motivate anyone to always push their way through and thrive, to give all their best. You can have a broader sense of the world and its people.

I have even started to endeavor in other poetry forms. Thanks to Dazzling Shene who tagged me for my first Choka! And to Dennett who said amazing words for my first Haiku. I had my doubts but I fell in love with these new forms of expression. I had only written free verse poetry, so it is different but a Choka and a Haiku are beautiful structures of poetry. I can’t wait to learn many more types!

For these months, I have now 300 followers! It is still amazing to me that more than one person would want to engage with my articles. Since in the first month I had a hundred, I thought I could get another hundred for this second month and it has now overpassed my expectations! Thanks to everyone!

On the other hand, I have also followed many and I try to engage with everyone. But I do have to confess, I sometimes don't get the time to do so with all the writers I follow, and some days it can get a little overwhelming. I try to invest more time than I have destined to be on Medium on a day but the stories to read never end! I wish I could be more effective as Thief is.

If anybody has some tips, I would be really grateful!

I have also had a little increase in the number of readers, I know it is not the viral wonderful news you see on Medium but I am still grateful. This hobby of mine has now given me 10 more dollars! YEAH! Hopefully, it will be more fruitful in the near future.

And as you may have noticed, I go all over the place. From scientific explanations to why we don’t see that many stars to how I feel when I go out for a run. Can I still succeed if I have many niches? I hope so.

  • For September, the piece that I liked the most was the following:
  • The one that had the most engagement was of course….my first-month analysis of what I had achieved!
  • And the piece I still have to continue to write about and that I would like to make it similar to a series is…

And thanks to GB Rogut, I have found another Spanish publication! So more pieces in my native language will come.

To end my second review of my time on Medium, I would like to express my gratitude to Trista Signe Ainsworth and Katie Michaelson who always share kind and supportive words, they always encourage and motivate me!

And to Winston and Robert Ralph who always find ways to help new writers to perfect their own style.

Just as many have helped me, I would also like to share a piece by Tony Leo who shares some amazing adventures and what he has learned from them.

Thank you for once again reading! If you like short forms, poems, essays, and all types of writings, I invite you to check out my profile Sharing Randomly.
