Trans Journey Day 112: It was that therapy time of the fortnight and GT asked the most basic but perfect question — What else? He always asks the tough questions!

What else indeed. He looked like he was about to impart some great wisdom, but in his truly amazingly intuitive way, he just asked those two words.

Me: What else? Is that all?

We both laugh because we understand the true size of such a huge question. The thing is, there was something else, and he sensed it. It took a hot minute but we found the block.

Long story short:

I feel like I’m in a place, a situation, where my freedom and authenticity are being stifled.

And that’s where we left the session. Well, I’ll just stew on that, shall I? Lol.
