Sometimes, it’s simply time to get back in motion.

It’s easy to slip down a rabbit hole of paralyzing emotions when life is unsettling. When there is fear, sadness, anger, or a whole host of other negative reactions swirling around us or perhaps inside us.

Yet marinating at length is unproductive—for us and everyone else.

Motion is key! Routine is our savior!

When we turn outward and take physical action, our focus shifts. The enveloping cloud in our heads begins to lift. Now our sense of power returns.

To be clear, nothing outside our control may change. But everything within can change when we take control … over our thoughts, our mood, and our next move!

Ready to reclaim inner clarity? Start with one small step. Then take another. Now keep going.

“Don’t start your day with the broken pieces of yesterday. Begin again.”
