Sylvio looked for Teresa everywhere…

Sylvio would have travelled to the underworld and back for Teresa. He’d been looking for her for centuries, scouring the continents. He’d revisited all of the little villages they’d been to together. Relived all of the stolen moments they’d had together.

But the truth was, as hard as it was to accept, she didn’t want to be found.

And then one day he got word. He raced to her bedside in a little town outside of Sicily. The same disease that had taken so many of their people ravished her. He kissed her and held her as she faded away.
