To Achieve Ultimate Success In 2023, Use The First 100 Days
Every year you make a resolution to change yourself. This year, make a resolution to be yourself. — Unknown

You are thinking that every year you are not able to achieve your potential or good things are not happening to you.
It’s easy to feel trapped in the abyss of busyness. Busyness is a existential reassurance, a hedge against emptiness, and you are completely booked, in demand every hour of the day.
Being busy makes us feel good.
Even when we know we want to find more work-life balance, spend time on meaningful work, and disconnect at the end of the day, actually doing that is another story.
Life is about more than just being busy.
If you haven’t figured out how you can out from busyness trap, I got you covered.
Try this strategy for the first 100 days of 2023. I am sure you will find winning in every aspect of your life.
Start Your Day With Gratitude And Self-Affirmation
What you tell yourself becomes your reality. Bad and abusive words create negative energy inside you.
The more you criticize, the more negativity you face and the cycle goes on.
Start your morning by showing gratitude for what you have.
Write 2–3 points and visualize as you write the,
You can start with something like this:
- Waking up healthy
- My family
- My job
Some of my favorite self-affirmations are like this:
- I am kind
- I am stronger
- I have an abundance to love to give
- I achieve everything I set my mind to
Get Some Sunshine
Nothing can beat the sunshine coming down on your face and body. It makes you feel alive.
Put on comfortable shoes and a cozy jacket, and venture into the wild.
You can pick a favorite spot for your daily walks, nearest park, and observe how the landscape changes daily.
On days when you cannot go out, spend time gazing outside the window.
Open your windows, and remove the blinds and curtains. It will definitely feel your space with brightness and light.
Move Your Body
After a stressful day at work, take out your frustration at the gym or calm your nerves with a yoga session.
Physical exercise is an instant mood booster.
Start your day with a good full-body stretch, a yoga session, or just dancing for 5 minutes to your favorite beat.
And the good thing is you don’t need fancy gym equipment or an expensive gym membership to get healthy and fit.
Try not to distract yourself with a phone as soon as you wake up.
Practice Deep Breathing
Deep breathing slows down racing thoughts, bringing attention back to the body. There are many benefits of breathwork:
- It boosts immunity
- Calm your body and mind
- Good flow of blood in your heart and brain
Deep breathing helps you to stay calm and relaxed and effectively improves your energy and focus. Because the mind is an important and sacred place. Keep it clean and clear.
Take Time to Write Your Goals
There is no competition. You should be ready with your goals and resolutions before new year’s eve.
It’s okay to take your time and put your thoughts and energy to discover what you want and where you want to put your focus.
Start with something obvious that you are trying to improve, and change for a while. It could be your fitness goals, learning cool stuff, or posting your first blog.
It doesn’t need to be perfect, and you don’t need fancy stuff to start with.
If you want to improve your health, why not start with running, a slow walk, or just yoga? You don’t need gym equipment to start with for sure.
If you want to write, why not start with your favorite quotes?
Stillness is the Key
Ryan Holiday said it.
You might feel like you have lost your way in the vortex of complex emotions. One minute you feel overjoyed and the next thing you know, you feel low and anxious.
Remember, there’s no greatness in the future. Or clarity. Or insight. Or happiness. Or peace. There is only this moment. — Ryan Holiay
Learning to accept your emotion is a skill to live life peacefully.
Accept and acknowledge your emotions, you have all the rights.
Every emotion is valid- be it anger, resentment, or jealousy.
You have control over how you choose to respond to those emotions.
Sit with your emotions, acknowledge them.
Think about why you are feeling like this and what are your triggers.
It can be difficult to start with, but guided meditation can help you reach there.
Final Thoughts
Slow down, refocus your priorities, and disconnect from the world for a while, turn your focus on yourself and look inwards.
“Stop looking forward to things, look inward instead.” ― Kamand Kojouri
Make your mental health a priority.
When you lose balance, practice coming back to yourself.
The universe lies within.
I wish you all the love, light, and happiness this new year.
All the best!
Would love to hear your thoughts in comments.
